As one of the top agents at Compass Beverly Hills and a key member of their Sports & Entertainment division, Tracy has built a reputation for her commanding presence, sharp negotiation skills, and deep industry expertise. Her confidence and extensive network have propelled her into the rooms of some of the most influential figures in real estate, where she has represented world-renowned brands and iconic architects such as Frank Gehry, John Lautner, and Pierre Koenig.
Tracy’s expertise extends beyond traditional real estate. She played a pivotal role in consulting on over $400 million in branded real estate sales for Amangiri, the exclusive five-star resort in Canyon Point, Utah. She has also represented prestigious developments, including the West Hollywood EDITION Hotel and Residences, designed by British architect John Pawson and envisioned by legendary hotelier Ian Schrager. Tracy’s global reach has earned her the title of U.S. Ambassador for the Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences in Dubai, a stunning architectural masterpiece by Kohn Pedersen Fox. Additionally, she is an Ambassador for Costa Palmas in Los Cabos, where the Amangiri and Four Seasons brands offer an unparalleled luxury beachfront lifestyle.
A California native, Tracy has lived throughout Los Angeles, from Hidden Hills to the Hollywood Hills. Growing up as the daughter of Ronald Tutor (Tutor Perini), one of the country’s most successful civil and building contractors, she was introduced to real estate at an early age. After graduating from the University of Southern California, she spent nearly three years working in her father’s firm before making the bold transition into residential real estate—a move that has led to an extraordinary career.
Now expanding her reach into the Texas market, Tracy brings her expertise, high-level connections, and unmatched work ethic to a new clientele. While continuing to lead in the luxury real estate space, she remains committed to maintaining a balance between her thriving business and spending quality time with family and friends.
